Please complete either the online application form below or print, complete and send in the .pdf version to the campus to which you are applying. We must also receive your $35.00 application fee and transcript in order to make your application complete.

Original academic transcripts must be provided as proof of prior academic achievements in order for your application to be complete and accepted. Listed below is the contact information to obtain your transcripts. Please contact the province in which you last completed high school courses. In the event that you have completed courses in more than one province, please contact all that are necessary. It is required that students entering into further training have their transcripts sent directly from the provincial department to the appropriate institution. Please ensure that you have the correct contact information for the institution that you are planning to attend when completing the transcript request forms.

Policies and Procedures Fees and Refunds
Application Fee
- Non-Refundable Application Fee: $ 35.00*
*This application fee is required by applicants for all part-time & full-time technical programs and Basic Education. In the case of university applications, the application fee is set by that institution and must be submitted directly to them with their application form.
Tuition Deposit
- Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit: $200.00** (Non-Waitlist Programs)
- Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit: $500.00 (Waitlisted Programs)
**Tuition deposit holds the seat in the program. This deposit will be credited to the student’s tuition fee when tuition payment is made and is in reference to full-time technical programs only.
Tuition
Tuition fees are payable prior to the course start date unless other arrangements have been made. Please notify the program coordinator/counsellor if applying for funding i.e student loan. Tuition fees for part-time technical and for non-credit courses may vary depending on location and program to provide appropriate services and course delivery. Please contact the office for more information regarding program specifications.
Registration
Students entering into full-time programs offered by Great Plains College will be considered registered in all appropriate courses relevant to that program. A separate course registration form may be required, but will be provided upon start of program.
Part-time programs require that a registration from be completed for each course. These forms will be provided to the student upon start of program.
Refunds
If the college is notified of a withdrawal prior to the start of the course, a full refund, less the administration fee and tuition deposit where applicable, will be issued. Tuition fee refunds will be pro-rated up to and including 50% of course completion. After 51% or more of the course is completed, there will be no refund. An administration fee may be applied to all withdrawals, except in cases where the course is cancelled and/or extenuating circumstances do not permit course attendance.
