Great Plains College is seeking a dynamic individual to lead its human resource services function. The director provides leadership to the human resource and labour relations functions in a multi-site environment.

Great Plains College has approximately 250 employees including a unionized bargaining unit, a group of
employees subject to a staff agreement and a number of casual staff.

The college offers an attractive work environment and has been recognized as a provincial leader in supporting work and family balance. The preferred location for this position is Swift Current, however other college locations may be negotiated with the right applicant.
